Based on your selected dimensions of your load, vehicle or combination thereof, an Oversize Load Permit is not required by the Region of Waterloo or its Area Municipalities. Please print this document and keep it in your vehicle at all times as proof that you do not require an Oversize Load Permit through the Region of Waterloo. Note, if you have multiple vehicles, loads or combination thereof with the same dimensions applied for, please make additional copies as required for each vehicle. Should your vehicle, load or combination thereof dimensions change, please ensure to re-apply for an Oversize Load Permit with the Region of Waterloo. The overall measurements of vehicle, load, or combination thereof has been reviewed in accordance to the Region of Waterloo minimum oversize load requirements as follows: Oversize Load Permit Requirements Dimensions A vehicle, load or combination thereof: - between 2.60 metres and 5.99 metres in width - between 12.50 metres and 45.74 metres in length - A combination of vehicles (including load) coupled together between 23.0 metres and 45.74 metres in length - between 4.15 metres and 4.99 metres and in height Weight No vehicle, load or combination thereof shall: - exceed 70,000kg in weight while on a Regional road Superload Permit Requirements Dimensions A vehicle, load or combination thereof: - exceeding 5.99 metres in width (equal to or greater than 6.0 metres) - exceeding 45.74 metres in length (equal to or greater than 45.75 metres) - exceeding 4.99 metres in height (equal to or greater than 5.0 metres) Weight - A vehicle, load or combination thereof that exceeds 119,999kg in weight (equal to or greater than 120,000kg) |
